Penny - these problems are in the place where you moved in (the sink leak) and the gouged door is at the house you're selling?

WD-40 is good for getting rid of a lot of ink, as is nail polish remover. There's a product here by "Mr. Clean" that is some kind of eraser bar that is supposed to get that kind of thing, if you have it over there.

The same kind of leaky plumbing in the kitchen damaged the cabinet bottom in my house also. It was a crumbling plank of MDF by the time I pulled out all of the under sink stuff, pulled out the bits of wood, and called a plumber. My problem dated from replacing the counter tops. The plumber looked at the mess of twisted PVC, looked at me, I said "a carpenter put it in." That's all the explanation that was required. After that I was visited by a friend who sometimes stops on his way from New Mexico to Virginia, and he (an English Professor!) cut and put in the new plank. Also helped mount a humongous mirror in the bathroom. I think it is a point of pride for Liberal Arts professors to prove they can do things around the house and not just read books. :)

The plastic bag stuffed in the hole should probably be replaced by steel wool. It's probably there to keep mice out from under the sink.
