Michelle, I use the next size up, the Canon EOS 30D. They don't make them any more, now they're finishing their 50D models and shifting to 60D with 18 megapixels. Huge images. I'm content to stay with the 30D for now.

If stove parts can come out of the appliance then try what my Mom used to do - put them in a big pan of boiling water with a few tablespoons of baking soda and let it simmer for a while on the stove. Otherwise I suppose you can use oven cleaner. I'm glad to get a report of that cleaner bar thing. I'm ever the skeptic about big claims. :-/

As far as Jeremiah's toys, have you tried the old trick of putting 1/2 to 2/3 of them away for weeks at a time, then trading them out with the current toys and putting the most recent ones back out of sight? There's less to pick up at any given time and out of sight is out of mind and they're a treat when they reappear.

I've been clearing off my office desktop. It needed a good going over. Some paper to the shredder, some to the files.
