Now that the weather is finally acting like fall - cool, overcast, rain in the forecast, I see a lot of things to do in the house. There are still things to do outside, but I'll be less tempted out into cold and blowing weather.

Penny, under "prototype houses," which is yours? Which neighborhood? The site looks like these are the equivalent of townhouses here - do they have separate yards?
