P.S. - Yesterday I found a 14" cast iron griddle yesterday that I'll use for tortillas and lefse. It's larger than the burner so I know it won't heat all of the way out to the edge, but it eliminates the problem of cooking on a griddle the size of the burner. This was at Academy sports and I thought it was very reasonably priced at $11. I looked at several to be sure I had one that was smoothly cast. A few had a couple of small raised bumps that would cause problems with a flat bread snagging on it. It's not a really fine cast, but once it is better seasoned that won't matter.
