Whew! While we are sympathetic with all our friends who are digging out today and dealing with no electricity, we are greatly relieved that the news in Brooky Hollow is only 6 inches of snow, no loss of power, and no downed trees thus far. The biggest hits were east of us, from Albany to the Berkshires (20 inches in Great Barrington!). What's more, Frank and Co. finished pouring the concrete into the second abutment cast form before the snow hit. Woohoo! Temperatures are expected to climb into the 50s tomorrow, so they'll be right back to work. Thanks for all your support! –Greg, Terry, Reggie & Kim
