Trick or Treat is an American import, and I dislike it intensely, as it gives the nastier little buggers carte blanche to terrorise old people, and pick on folks they don't like.
Luckily it's kept to friends and family in our village, and people like ourselves who are incomers, and have no kids, get left alone.
