Bbc, I know just what you mean about finding Caroline so welcoming and friendly -- I've always enjoyed calling Folk Legacy on the phone, because it gives me a chance for a wonderful warm conversation with Caroline! I have very fond memories of two different visits to Sharon, when The Boarding Party recordings were being made. I have no doubt at all that one of the reasons the recordings turned out so well (quite aside from Sandy's recording-and-editing skills) was the warm and relaxed atmosphere Sandy and Caroline created. I expect that was true for other artists as well.

Happy birthday to Folk Legacy, thanks for all the wonderful music, and love to the whole Folk Legacy family, especially dear Caroline!
