He who writes the songs of Humans, but with voice far more divine;
Seeks the clear song which is hidden, of the heart within the mind;
He who knows that singing answers every note of weeping's call;
And responds with deeper fires, that the heart my live withal;

He who knows the night's bright terror, yet rekindles gentlest day
And who flies with passion's thunder in the face of freezing clay
Rides the winds of Higher Spirit, through the clouds of matter's way;
Hark the man, and hark the wonder!
