Two Kitties Put Out to Sea-2

Am---G--C--G--Am
Two kit-ties put out to sea
-----G------------------Am-G
Put out to sea, put out to sea;
Am---G--C--G--Am
Two kit-ties put out to sea,
----G----------------------Am
To see what they could see.

And one was known as Calico Jack,
Calico Jack, an old shellback,
An old shellback who was never slack,
As he sailed the Seven Seas.

And the other was Coal Black Rose,
Coal Black Rose from toes to nose;
From toes to nose she was disposed
To sail the Seven Seas.

Now they sailed up and they sailed down,
They sailed down and round and round;
They sailed round and round and round
As they sailed the Seven Seas.

And then they nabbed some flying fish,
Flying fish, so dainty a dish,
As dainty a dish as they might wish,
As they sailed the Seven Seas.

They sailed to an island most remote,
And island remote in their old catboat,
In an old catboat, sailed those cutthroats,
Across the Seven Seas.

And there they found at first daylight,
At first daylight – feline delight;
Feline delight with birds of flight,
Across the Seven Seas.

And many a bold mouse met his fate,
Met his fate as he was ate,
As he was ate without a plate,
Across the Seven Seas.

When the birds and mice were no more,
Were no more on that fair shore,
From that fair shore they sailed once more,
Back cross the Seven Seas.

Two kitties put out to sea
Put out to sea, put out to sea;
Two kitties put out to sea,
To see what they could see.

Cheerily,
Charley Noble
