I have some friends who made a 'deal' with PBS, (related to NPR), and as it turned out, they were HUGELY successful!..HOWEVER, the deal was so lopsided, they had beau coups of negotiating to do to get either out of it, or 're-negotiate'. Regardless, Roxio makes a CD labeler, that you could do yourself, or get someone to do it for you, (that would appeal to you).
Anyways, good luck!..but watch out, in your eagerness to get out there, (via NPR or anyone else), that you don't sign it all away!...and regret it later..especially, if you use all your 'best' material!
...and remember, as I've warned you about before, though you don't like to listen, that you will be dealing with a large corporation, tied into the government...they may have 'provisions', that may not work entirely in your favor. You may wish to get your stuff out on a LOCAL NPR station first! They will do that....then check out the feedback..before making any long term commitments......and then again....ignore anything I've layed out for you.....oh, and don't forget to 'redistribute' your profits!!!!! (wink!)
Sounds like you may have 'capitalistic' aspirations....Now what are you goin' to do???????
