"The Overgate", as distinct from "The Overgate 2", in DT is more or less the tune & version I ref'd to above; tho Jeannie & Robin & Jimmy, IIRC, interpolated the "Noo ye jolly plooman lads, when ye gang oot for a lark,slip your money frae your inside pooch and tie it to the tail o your sark" verse as a final caution against being in the state of "Gangin back to Auchtermuchty, contented for to be, for the lossing o me five poond note tae a lassie in Dundee."
