It doesn't matter what Time you pick as long as you stay with it and don't keep putting the wretched clocks back and forward. I still haven't adjusted to our clocks going back last week. I wake at MY usual time, only to find it's 5am, not 6am. By 9pm my eyelids are drooping. The evenings are now black as the hakes by 5pm. Horrible!
