I'm trying to make a MIDI file of the 1954 hit "The Little Shoemaker." You can hear it at this YouTube site:

I am not talented at figuring out timing. I've got all the notes, and I can even play the song on my dulcimer. But:

what time is it in?
does it change time for the refrain?
what are the pick-up notes?

I've been trying different things, but nothing seems to come out right. Can anybody listen and tell me?

(Already tried and failed to find a MIDI on the Net.)
