Funny, isn't it, how you can do 10,000 fine and beautiful things in your life....and you make just one mistake...and that's all most people can talk about when they mention you. I guess the perceived smallness of their own lives bugs them that much, so they have to diminish someone else to briefly feel a little better about themselves.

And there you have the basis of all negative gossip, in a nutshell...enlargement of self at the expense of others.

The wedding will be a small one. Just a few friends and family. No photographers. I kind of hope Johnny Depp shows up, but I'm not sure that he will.
