Watched this last night, and it was excellent as usual (there was even a quick shot of Packie in one of the scenes tho he wasn't playing) but: WHERE WAS NICHOLAS? All the link-ins & intros were subtitled and no genial presenter did we see or hear anywhere. Martin... any idea?
