Tony played here in LA last year as a duo with Peter Rowan. You might imagine how wonderful it was. At the very end of the concert he spoke one sentence (about how glad he felt to play back in So. Cal., near his home town) but his voice was still very gravelly. Don't know anything but rumors about the cause. Miss his voice, but playing is still straight from Heaven.
