My mother's family came from Indiana. About 15 years ago, my cousin from Chicago bought a little farm in Indiana for second home. After a while, he invited a cousin of his from California for a visit.

The California cousin stepped onto the driveway, gazed in awe at the huge trees in the front yard and said, "In California this would be a national monument."
