Um... should I switch off my cookie before posting this? Probably, but never mind, eh? Like DebC and others I have any number of "obligation" CDs. Some gifts, some I have found it awkward to not buy.

Heck, I've even bought too many CDs at the end of gigs by established acts that I've really enjoyed...and the CD is deemed surplus to requirements long before the end of its first play.

I suppose bird scarers is another option, but I like DebC's grab bag idea. You'd have to be careful whose CDs were in each bag and where you were off-loading them tho'!!

On the other hand, sometimes there's a gem - or a rough diamond - waiting to be discovered.
