I have weigh-in tonight, after a fortnight that has probably wrecked any weight loss. I had stayed the same the last time, so I really hope that happens again. However, merely hanging around the house and not being able to do anything for the last couple of weeks will probably have taken its toll.
I did get to my belly dance class last night, so my waist got a good workout! I must get going on my tai chi again when the yard's sorted. I joined a class locally, but I didn't really enjoy it. I'll carry on with what I already know for now.

On the house front, the kitchen cupboards are getting doors, and the downstairs woodwork is coming together in general. My new big stove kettle came today (2.9 litres). This will be great when I need a big load of boiling water.

Okay, it was just an indulgence!
