Were they all innocent because of insanity?

This guy killed because he was insane.
He just happened to be white and Christian, as were all his victims.

His colour and faith were immaterial.
His insanity was the whole story.

You just wanted his race and colour to be his reason for killing because it suited your warped agenda.
