BTW I see doc again in 2 weeks to confirm a Dx code on my last visit's printout-- I may now be OFF "morbid" hypertension and into "benign" hypertension-- as we discuss getting me off the HR-dropping med that is killing the fitness I had worked so hard to achieve before the dosage went thru the roof.

If I can drop or even significantly reduce the dosage on that med, I'm back in bidness in regular pooltime and the pT has given me back the legs to DO IT.

And I made a FAB haul on gym footwear yesterday!
