Is it possible to get a humourectomy on the National Health nowadays? Looks as if some contributors on this thread have had one!

I know a guy, a folkie, who seems to think everything that isn't banned should be compulsory. He takes everything ludicrously (to me) seriously. It's a point of view, and I'm glad I don't share it.
