Lots of walking , yesterday and over the weekend.

This morning: meditation and qi gong. Loosened the sciatica a little, but both are still tight. Time for more stretching, rest, and tincture.

SRS, yes hematite can feel cold and is a metal, but once you have it against your skin, it generally warms up to your body temp. I need it next to my skin, so may warm it in my hands before putting it on.:-)
