It's definitely fascism, and it's exactly what I expect to happen whether the Republicans OR the Democrats get elected. That's what's so sad about it. Either party, once elected, will take away your rights, abrogate your Constitution, and shut down your right to do anything about it. They aren't working for you. They're working for a tiny elite that rules over you and owns them.
