I was sitting on a bench waiting on a bus next to street person who had just finished rooting through a trash can looking for return bottles. It was a warm Friday afternoon. Making small talk, I said, I wonder if the weather will be nice this week-end. He looked me up and down and replied, ""I don't know. Who do you think I am, the weather man? If you want the weather forecast turn on a radio"". He walked away,deemingly disgusted, leaving me dejected and puzzled.
