It depends on where you're getting it from...sorta.

If you have a program like Screamer, RadioSure or Tapin (look them up)...which are all dedicated to nothing but playing radio from various sources... you can usually just push a button to have them record what you are listening to. These programs come with thousands of stations pre-set, and you can add any you find that they don't already know about.

You can also record whatever comes thru your sound card with programs like Audacity...and several others. You could possibly put your H2 into the loop, but by itself it won't directly access the radio program.
