SRS, I can, even one of my qi gong dvds is done in a chair, but I have to keep it elevated to keep the pain under some kind of control, so not for now. I've been sitting up, turned kind of sideways from my desk, for about thirty minutes, with it up in a chair with pillow next to me, but that stretches other muscles and makes it throb, so, it's back to the bed, soon.

Because we have no wheelchair and we do have stairs down to the car, we have to have the fire dept. guys come over for a "lift assist" to get me to the car, then will have a wheelchair available at the doc's. Rog has taken the day off, a rarity! I hope she can put it best to rights, so I can get up and down from the seat without his help by tomorrow. (The walker does not work and is anathema to my hands and fingers.) I
ll be better in a day or two.
