I posted signage today reminding me to GO OUTSIDE, even if just for a quick look at something in my jammies. Today that trip (in sweats LOL) netted me a great chat with a contractor doing some work here as he was packing up. The house's owner also stopped by coinkydinkally.... the net result was a longer worklist for this ole crumbling house... looks like the wreckers ain't a-gonna git this one after all-- much deferred maintenance now planned for spring work... maybe sooner.

We love the contractor too-- Mennonite (think Amish lite) fella and family working hard and smart and doing really nice work. Several generations were onsite today for a big push before bad weather hits-- great people.
