Canada, a kind nation, is known around the world for it's stellar efforts to bring clean and accessible drinking water, and proper shelter and septic systems to remote locations, most often breaking through signicficant challenges.

But, when we speak of doing the same with Canadian aboriginal citizens, it is comfortable to raise the many complexities and challenges and shrug it off as if there is no answer to this challenge.

It makes one wonder, why the difference?
