This post describes significant edits which have been made to messages after they were posted; it does not list when new song entries are added, as the posting dates reflect this.
We're in the process of revising the Provençal lyrics and making other changes which affect the ABC scores. Also, in the scores, after the modernized notation, we now include an approximation of the original music notation.
Change History:
- 10 Dec 2012: Changed the recommended ABC converter from the now-defunct site folkinfo.org to mandolintab.net. See the following message on ABCs (updated).
- 6 Dec 2012: 1-33: Text revised.
- 15 Nov 2012: Added links at the end of each song (after the music links) back to the song index.
- 5 Aug 2012: Added links to Monique's new site for the NDDD carols; see the thread quick links.
- 3 Aug 2012: Added links to MIDI files--just click to listen. Removed the ABCs from this thread. Instead, they can be downloaded in a single file from the score/MIDI repository. This file will be updated as new songs are posted.
- 2 Aug 2012: For the Provençal lyrics, replaced the Mistralian norm by a direct transcription from the original manuscript.
- 02 May 2012: Updated all ABCs, MIDIs and PDFs.
- 19 Apr 2012: Added link to a repository from which MIDIs and PDF scores can be downloaded. See the following message on ABCs and scores.
