A wonderful performer, a beautiful voice, a big heart, a true gentle man! I spent many happy times with John over forty years of friendship. Always smiling and pleased to see you ( even when Chopping turned up at a folk club with a double bass!)We will miss you John but will enjoy your music for ever xx
