Looks like Mr Guitar Junction Owner (aka Mr John Derek Walford - born in Brighton 1957) may need to use the proceeds of selling "GUEST's" guitar to make a contribution under section 214 (1).

Its amazing what you can find out using this interweb thingy. What I'd like to know is whether the sale of GUEST's guitar/retention of proceeds can be considered an intention to permanently deprive in which case, he could be accused of its theft.
