I am sure you have 3 wishes. I found this harder than I imagined.

I started to over think the wishes hoping to avoid unforseen blowback, so to be on the safe side....whew a squadron of F-16s juat rattled THE HOUSE...


ANYWAY peace on earth, good will to all and to each what they deserve.



A Xmas prayer:

Oh Lord, its xmas againm and yet again it interrupts the scheming and squabbling over taxing the poor and aiding the rich, torture, secrets and manipulating hatred. All echoes of debates heard in Rome and partsof the 3rd Reich.
Scrooge would have many political champions of his cause to rid the world of poverty via starvation and disease.
Yet the good news is that 157,003 US troops are home for Christmas. Those who were 19 have lived with this war for half their life. All that remains is to have a ticker tape parade for the troops. Bless those who fought for the rights of others. Curse those leaders who fought for profits.

The material shoppers xmas has all its traditional complaints of; long standing, long lines and longing itself. The spiritual Christmas celebrates triumph of survival despite homelessness and poverty. The beautiful story of a pathetic penniless pregnant teenage mother and her friend who is not the father is ageless.
It is a symbol of the human ability to suppress the selfish fearful and hatful tendencies of our own and others that rule most of our lives.

It sounds like Joseph and Mary snuck into a barn and the owner did not even know. The 3 wise men were supposedly looking for a divine child and ignored all but one child to support with gold, Frankincense, which is now gone from deforestation, and myrrh for health care. I would hope wise people would support a child of any age regardless of any divine status this xmas. All infancy and childhood are entitled to love and care. All children share an innate divinity among all the worlds in the universe. May we all succeed in helping at least one child this Christmas. At least the wise men did help this one individual child no matter the race creed or color.
