They stared at one another briefly, then Rapparee enjoined "So bring us some figgy pudding.." and gnu immediately brought in a high harmony "yes, bring us some figgy pudding, o bring us some figgy pudding, and bring it right here!" gnu looked perplexed for a split second, then said "well, not necessarily right here." Rapparee nodded ascent and agreed "no, much better they bring it to one of the tables. Out in the pub, you know." gnu turned and gave his hands a quick scrub-off and said "right.
