Are you sure it's not doing what it wants you to want it to do? MWAHH-hah-hah-hah

Actually, iTunes is a very useful programme which plays lots of free stuff from various places. You don't have to download or buy anything from it. But it costs nothing and is useful to have as a general media player (I prefer it over to the others, even on my PC) and you do need it to sync with the iPad.

Not sure what that is...? My iPad2 hasn't needed anything else since I bought it, and isn't asking me to renew or download anything. Is "SIM" just a phone thing or does it apply to other mobile devices as well? I always thought it was only used in phones? OR [lightbulb flashes on over head] does it need a sim card to run via a mobile phone network if there's no WiFi? I only ever use Wifi so just thot of that...
