It's an organization that hurls loose women across provincial borders, using gigantic trebuchets that are mounted near the provincial borders. In this way each province attempts to preserve a certain measure of social decorum whilst imperilling the decorum of the neighbouring provinces. Newfoundland and B.C. and P.E.I. are disadvantaged in this respect, because they are all only in effective broadcasting range of ONE other province, whereas Ontario or Quebec, for example can both reach THREE other provinces AND the USA with their trebuchets! This has led to regional arguments which may yet result in secession by the disadvantaged provinces. Newfoundland in particular is becoming absolutely overrun with loose women! This makes it a fun place to visit, but is quite embarrassing to Newfoundland politicians and clergy. I hardly dare think where it all may end!
