Taking a few minutes from my playbills to check end-of-the-month bills. Electric bill seems to creep a little earlier each month. My year contract is about up (next month) so I will shop around for another inexpensive plan. I do everything I can to keep it down, lots of things on taps with switches to keep all of those ready lights from running, etc. I did recently turn the hot water tank up a few degrees. When I run a bath now the water is warm, but it isn't hot enough to make it feel this side of a hot tub. A little singe when getting in is the heat I like. As soon as summer is here I'll turn it way down again.

Dorothy, can you park your car in a garage when you're at the cabin? Cold weather always brings out the worst in a battery, if it's ready to die, that seems to be when they go. On another note, I also love the Suzuki programs - I grew up watching those on CBC since we had Canadian channels on our cable offerings in Everett and when I as in Bellingham broadcast channels came through.
