Last summer the state transportation authority office in Fort Worth, Texas, bought eight snow plow attachments for dump trucks. We've needed them more and more over the last 2 decades. The driver for this move? The Stupid-Bowl in February, 2011. They had a lot of trouble getting people to the game with all of the ice and snow.
