Kat, there is a lot in various places these days (public television, public radio, various green sites) about macronutrients, micronutrients, etc. And then there are the various flora programs - Dr. Ohira (sp?) is the one you hear about a lot. Please let us know what you decide to do. Commercial fruit juice is mostly forms of sugar and carbs, so you're going to have to make your own fresh juice to make it work.

I've been busy ticking things off of my to-do list today. Finished a couple of important ones that I can finish later this evening. Got a call from a friend who is in town and I'll run an errand, shop, then pick her up and we'll have dinner with my ex also. She'll spend the night and I'll spend tomorrow cleaning getting ready for dinner on Saturday.

Interesting use of the bodices of dresses, Susan. Do you finish them along the bottom so they're basically fitted blouses? I see design folks on programs like Nate Berkus doing layers so you end up with a dress under a top and a jacket so it looks like a skirt, yet when you take off a layer or two it can be dressed up for evening wear if you don't have time to go home and change. I don't think this fits any of our lifestyles, but it's still interesting.
