Catspaw, does that mean you're thinking about coming?Bill & Ferrara, I downloaded the ZoneAlarm program when Bill first posted the link, and I'm very glad I did. (I haven't a clue why I go to one page and it tries to download 20 cookies - the sponsors must be doing marketing research or something. One thing I'm sure of is they don't do much to "enhance my browsing experience." Bah!) I had one IP try to dump a data packet on my computer. I don't know what the heck that was for, but I sure didn't want it.
I've got ZoneAlarm and MSIE set to ask me if I want to accept the cookies. I can accept Mudcat's (which has a reason for being there) and decline most of the others.
Miriam, yes it's possible to post to Mudcat without accepting a cookie. That's what all the "GUESTS" are doing.
One suggestion: get a golf cart to help folks who don't get around so well. I don't know if that's "do-able" but thought I'd mention it anyway.
