Finished all of the juice I made, so that, plus my fruit smoothie in the AM, brings me close to all recommendations for fruits and veggies. I can feel and taste it, working its way through me.

While Roger was gone, I had Morgan over for a couple of hours. Sent him home at lunchtime. Folded a ton of laundry, did the stuff I wanted to get washed, today, and a few other things. Lots of walking, again.
