p.s. Interestin' buncha questions you posed there. If it was a case and I was gettin' paid, I would look into answerin' them myself, but it ain't and I'm not. So that settles that.

p.p.s. - I usually use the right hand for the mouse, and I am right-handed. Sometimes I use the right foot, though, if my hands are busy. Bein' ambidextrous, I can use any hand or foot when it comes right down to it, and I've met monkeys who can even use their tail to move the mouse around.
