Anyone remember Friday nights at the Ring o' Bells Folk Club in Middleton back in the 1970s? An excellent club run by Eric Peacock and Ken & Mags Whiting.

There was some sort of tie-up with Bury Folk Club (Saturday night) at The Old Blue Bell - if you were a member of one you automatically had membership of the other.
