I can hear this song on Spotify, and the diction is quite clear, but I am simply not fluent enough to transcribe very much of it. I'm fairly sure that it begins:
"Mon cher amant, que tu m'as fait languir...."
Googling with this phrase didn't help.
The song is MON CHER AMANT, from the album "Well Kept Secrets" (2004) by Rosie Shipley and Lisa Moscatiello.
