I used to have that tape! It was done by the Fallen Angels Choir-a vocal group based in Portland(ia?) that specialized in pointed, yet comic, political Christmas carols. In the late 1970's I heard them sing the Silver Bells parody on local tv-then I actually encountered them in the 1980's performing live at the Saturday Market.
