Showed this thread to the mister, and he agreed wholeheartedly. There is something about a woman who's not afraid to let life touch her. REAL life, not the plastic that's been shoved down our collective throats via television. Our gals seem to be content letting life's layers of happy and sad drape their souls.

He said he fell over 8 years ago, sight unseen, when he heard me laughing. We were at a mutual friend's house for a barbeque. No coy fluttering of eyelashes and tittering, just a woman who knew how to laugh.

You MudMen need to take a little bit of the credit for the beauty around you. There isn't a one of you here that hasn't at one time or another been a soft shoulder, a drinking buddy, a fellow prankster, or just a plain good friend.
