As well a pre-teen girl would not get all of the references..this is definitely for the baby boomer generation and their offspring who may have seen re-runs.:-)

Via an email from Bruce, though, I think he gets it and understands, though I don't presume to speak for him. He sent me a subtly edited version of my blurb,just a couple of phrases reworded, for the better, I think, which I will post, later today, with his permission. I'll decided which one to use over the weekend. I will also include the first blurb, just for laughs/comparison. I think the above is a lot better.
