Have just seen this thread for the first time; I have a Paypal account, and both US & British bank accounts -- so UK folks might be able to avoid conversion & cross border fees by paying into my account, and I could send a check in US dollars to Rap.

I realise it may not be needed at this point (thanks to Janie & Jacqui), but thought I'd at least offer...
