Best part: Barbour's defense that 90% of the cons pardoned had already done their time and deserved to have their convictions erased so they'd qualify for state "hunting licenses."
So *only 10%* will be getting out of the slam for crimes including murder. Is that really so bad? (Oh, and they'll be elegible to "hunt" too - with legally purchased guns.)
