Haley Barbour was tracked down and cornered today but he wasn't exactly coherent

Barbour has never been coherent. Especially as head of the Republican National Committee & he comes from a long line of incoherent Mississippi politicians.

I'm sure that Theodore Bilbo, John Rankin, James K. Vardaman, Tom Watson, Ben Tillman, James Eastland & etc. would have been proud to call Barbour one of their own.
